These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QuoteLens platform, website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by QuoteLens, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
QuoteLens provides software tools designed to assist users in organizing, reviewing, and analyzing construction quotes and project-related information. The Service may include automated analysis, summaries, comparisons, and insights generated using software algorithms and artificial intelligence technologies. The Service is intended for informational and organizational purposes only.
The Company does not guarantee that use of the Service will result in cost savings, improved contractor selection, or better project outcomes.
The Service does not provide construction, engineering, architectural, legal, or financial advice. All outputs generated by the Service are informational only and should not be relied upon as professional advice. Users must independently verify all information with qualified professionals before making construction, financial, or contractual decisions.
Use of the Service is entirely at the user's own risk. The Company does not control, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of contractor quotes, pricing information, or project data uploaded by users. Users assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on information provided through the Service.
You agree that you are solely responsible for evaluating contractor quotes, verifying pricing and scope of work, and managing project budgets and contractor selection.
Construction pricing is highly variable and influenced by numerous factors including labor availability, contractor performance, material costs, site conditions, project scope changes, permitting requirements, and geographic market conditions. Because these factors are outside the control of the Company, the Company does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any cost estimates, comparisons, or pricing insights generated by the Service.
Under no circumstances shall the Company be responsible for cost overruns, inaccurate estimates, contractor pricing discrepancies, project delays, contractor disputes, or financial losses related to construction projects.
Certain features of the Service rely on automated systems and artificial intelligence to analyze user-provided data. Automated outputs may contain errors, be incomplete, misinterpret documents, or overlook important details. Users must independently verify all outputs before relying on them. Use of AI-generated analysis is at the user's own risk.
The Service may rely on third-party services including cloud infrastructure, payment processors, artificial intelligence providers, and analytics tools. The Company is not responsible for the availability, reliability, or performance of third-party services. Interruptions or failures caused by third-party services do not constitute a breach of these Terms.
The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, cloud infrastructure failures, cyber attacks, natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service disruptions.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." The Company makes no warranties regarding accuracy of outputs, reliability of analysis, suitability for any purpose, or uninterrupted availability of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including financial losses, construction cost overruns, contractor disputes, project delays, property damage, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages.
In no event shall the Company's total liability exceed the greater of: (a) the amount paid by the user for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) $100.
Users may upload project-related information including contractor quotes, pricing information, project descriptions, documents and images, and construction plans ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, analyze, reproduce, and use the data for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
Users acknowledge that the Service may analyze and aggregate project and quote data. The Company may create aggregated, anonymized, and statistical datasets that will not identify individual users, projects, or contractors. The Company will never sell or share data in a form that identifies individual users, projects, contractors, or pricing.
All aggregated datasets, analytics, benchmarks, and derivative insights generated from platform usage shall be the sole and exclusive property of the Company.
We may use cookies and similar technologies to improve user experience, analyze platform usage, and enhance system performance. By using the Service, you consent to our use of cookies.
All software, algorithms, design elements, trademarks, and platform functionality are the exclusive property of the Company. Users receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service. Users may not copy, reproduce, resell, reverse engineer, or distribute the software.
You agree not to upload unlawful content, upload data you do not have permission to share, attempt to reverse engineer the Service, interfere with system operation, or misuse the platform for competitive purposes.
QuoteLens offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Annual subscriptions may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after the billing cycle begins. The Company reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
The Company may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or security risks.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its employees, officers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from use of the Service, reliance on Service outputs, disputes with contractors, or violation of these Terms.
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Florida. Users waive participation in class actions or class arbitrations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
The Company may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
